Effective Friday July 3, 2020 at 12:01pm, Governor Abbott requires the
use of face masks for Texans. Watch his video below and read the
full details here.
Update 03/05/2021: The Governor did not rescind the disaster declaration, and the Supreme Court’s Emergency Orders remain in effect until the Supreme Court rescinds, amends, or allows the orders to expire. The Court’s current general emergency order, the 33rd Emergency Order, is currently set to expire on April 1, unless extended. Therefore we will continue our current COVID-19 protocol for all county buildings containing courtrooms until such time the order is rescinded, amended or allowed to expire.
Info about the operation of Cooke County offices
is available on our County COVID-19 page.
